License
Use of ShowRunner software is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA).
Accounts
Accessing certain features requires account registration. You are responsible for maintaining login credentials, all activity under your account, and providing accurate information. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.
Payments & Billing
Payments may be processed through Stripe (subscriptions) and Payhip (digital products). By purchasing, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected method. We do not store full credit card information.
Subscriptions
- Billing occurs automatically at the selected interval
- You may cancel at any time
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Pricing may be modified with notice
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital software and immediate access, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued only for duplicate charges or at Company discretion.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in license revocation, subscription cancellation, or account suspension.
Service Availability
Online features, downloads, authentication, or activation services may be interrupted. Continuous uptime is not guaranteed.
Modifications
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, or services at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Acceptable Use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the Software, or circumvent licensing or access controls. Violation may result in termination of access.
Limitation of Liability
Use in live environments is at your own risk. Company is not liable for production failures, lost revenue, equipment damage, service interruptions, or indirect/consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
Force Majeure
Company is not liable for failures caused by events beyond its control, including outages, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.
Governing Law & Dispute Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. All disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Agreement to Policies
Use of ShowRunner constitutes agreement to these Terms, the End User License Agreement (EULA), and the Privacy Policy.
